Leif has a Masters degree in Ministry Leadership and a passion for discipleship. He previously served as the Lead Pastor of Rochester Life for 18 years. In 2023, he returned as the Spiritual Growth Pastor.

Leif and Laura have lived in the Rochester community for over 25 years. They have three children, and one grandchild. Leif loves history. Laura enjoys the outdoors.
